AUTHORIZATION FOR DIRECT PAYMENTS
We are pleased to be able to offer you the Direct Payment Plan. This plan allows you to authorize monthly payments automatically withdrawn from your checking/savings account. This will help save you time, fewer checks to write, saves on postage, and no late charges for overlooked payments.
Here is how it works: You authorize regularly scheduled payments to be made from your checking or savings account. The authority you give to charge your account will remain in effect until you notify us in writing to stop payments. If the amount of your payment changes we will notify you in writing at least 10 days prior to the payment date.
